“Lichfield Treeworks were asked to submit a quote for some work that needed to be carried out at our site in Bilston.
This consisted of quite a large area of trees being chopped down and the area of debris and rubbish being disposed of and flattened.
The quote that was submitted was of good value and we are amazed by the outcome. It has created so much space and land, I found the staff approachable, friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I had regular updates as the job was being carried out, I was informed of any issues of they arose and was included in any decision-making that needed to be discussed.
Nick ensured that all of the necessary paperwork was submitted that we required – e.g the Risk Assessments and Method Statements which are a crucial part of the Health and Safety requirements/ policies that are required.
It made a change to meet some professional people where…”nothing was too much trouble” and the time frame that they have completed this work in is amazing. I would recommend their company to anybody, I am really pleased with their work and will definitely use them in the near future.
